What we like
- In-network with most major commercial plans and with Medicare, listed state by state, with prior-authorisation support included

The caveats
- A booked appointment is the model, with monthly check-ins while you're getting started — the least nap-friendly shape there is

The caveats
- A scheduled 30-minute video visit is the only way in, with the questionnaire due 24 hours early and a text confirmation required to keep the slot
- The price climbs steeply with your dose — semaglutide more than doubles from $165.90 to $355 as you titrate
- Visit fees are billed on top of the medication: $250 for the first and $150 for each one after, if you're self-pay
