What we like

The caveats
- A mandatory $99/mo fee sits on top of every advertised price, so the real floor is $169, not the $70 on the page
- Every price is a "starting at" figure with no dose table — Wegovy is shown as $199 against a struck-through $499 with nothing explaining the gap
- For brand medication you're billed by two companies: Alloy for the fee, NovoCare or LillyDirect for the drug

The caveats
- A scheduled 30-minute video visit is the only way in, with the questionnaire due 24 hours early and a text confirmation required to keep the slot
- The price climbs steeply with your dose — semaglutide more than doubles from $165.90 to $355 as you titrate
- Visit fees are billed on top of the medication: $250 for the first and $150 for each one after, if you're self-pay
