The homepage and semaglutide treatment page now agree: $175 billed monthly, $435 upfront for three months, $720 for six months, or $1,188 for twelve months. The $99 annual headline is a monthly equivalent, not a $99 monthly bill. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically; the six-month and annual plans require a provider check-in to continue. The treatment page says its new prices apply to new patients; an existing agreement does not automatically become cheaper. Ask which plan is available to you and what will be charged today and at renewal.
Tirzepatide: compare the bill with the equivalent
The tirzepatide treatment page currently lists $235 billed monthly, $597 upfront every three months, $1,050 for six months or $1,500 for twelve months. The $125 annual headline is an equivalent, not a monthly installment. The page says the six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically; continuing needs a provider check-in. Monthly and quarterly plans renew unless stopped. All prescribed doses cost the same within the selected plan, and no separate enrollment, consultation or shipping fee is listed.
The refund cutoff matters
Payment is collected before clinician review. The policy allows a full refund if treatment is not appropriate or if you cancel before a clinician issues the prescription. Once it is issued, the ordinary order is final, even before shipping. The six-month money-back policy has separate eligibility and weight-tracking conditions. Stopping renewal does not refund an unused part of a purchased term, and a later price reduction does not shorten your existing commitment.
