The price is all-inclusive and covers a weekly in-person visit with a provider, vitals and a weigh-in — fifty-two visits a year — plus the medicine, flat at any dose, at one of fifteen clinics across Maryland and Virginia. There is a one-time $195 evaluation that they call a lifetime membership and do not charge again if you come once a year. I recalculated all four package discounts and every one is exact. They also offer Wegovy and Zepbound at a $100 monthly follow-up and say plainly that the medicine itself is paid for separately at the pharmacy.
