CoreAge Rx vs VigorMeds
CoreAge Rx and VigorMeds both offer GLP-1 telehealth, but they make different trade-offs on signup ease, honest pricing, which meds you can get, state coverage and support. Here they are side-by-side on the Mom-Tested Score — our real-mom rubric.

Visit VigorMedsThe verdict
CoreAge Rx edges out VigorMeds on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 47 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.
VigorMeds is still a genuine option — i could see the prices and still couldn't tell you what a year costs. Semaglutide is from $299 as a shot or $239 under the tongue, tirzepatide from $399 or $233, and there's $100 off your first month — but nowhere does it say what those numbers actually buy. "Per month" isn't on the page at all. The only clue about timing is that you can cancel before your next shipment, and it never says when shipments come. Two more things I noticed: the provider looks at your information after you've paid, not before, and the sublingual tirzepatide is cheaper than the sublingual semaglutide, which is backwards from nearly everywhere else. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx
Ranked #1 · Grade A
What we like
- Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
- Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
- Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule
The caveats
- Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
- Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
- It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic
VigorMeds
Ranked #264 · Grade C
What we like
- Four different products with prices right there, not hidden behind a quiz
- Under-the-tongue options for both, cheaper than the shots
- "You can cancel before your next shipment"
The caveats
- It never says what period the price covers — "per month" isn't on the page
- Every price says "from", so your dose can change it
- The $100 off is first month only
