You can add compounded semaglutide to a cart for $225 and pay for it, and nowhere — not the product page, not the checkout, not the plan, because there is no plan — does it say how long that lasts. A week? A month? Three? There is also a product I have not seen anywhere else: one injection with both semaglutide and tirzepatide in it, for $275, which is less than the tirzepatide on its own.
