Willow reports discontinuing the claims since; the referral itself is a matter of record
- The National Advertising Division found its compounded-semaglutide ad claims unsubstantiated, and referred the matter to regulators including state attorneys general when Willow didn't respond (December 2025)
- Only 36 states — and the list is buried in the Terms rather than shown on the marketing pages
