The verdict

Higher Mom-Tested Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Shapely on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 56 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.

Shapely is still a genuine option — this is the first one I've looked at that takes insurance — in network with Medicare and major PPOs, with brand co-pays it says are "typically $25 per month". If you have coverage that's a completely different conversation from everything else on this page. But read the membership terms. It's $99 a month, and it says in plain words that it does not include medications or labs. So the $99 semaglutide and the $166 tirzepatide are on top of the $99, not instead of it. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
  • Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
  • It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic

Shapely

Ranked #192 · Grade C

What we like

  • It takes insurance: in network with Medicare and major PPOs, which almost nobody else here is
  • Honest about brand co-pays — "typically $25 per month but depending on the plan may be higher"
  • Says the Medicare limit out loud: it only covers these for patients with diabetes

The caveats

  • The membership is a second cost: $99 a month on top of the medicine, $49 for the first month
  • "Get started for as low as $9" is the first-month membership with insurance — not a medication price
  • Labs aren't included and run about $75 if insurance doesn't cover them
