CoreAge Rx edges out PreventiveMD on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 50 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.
PreventiveMD is still a genuine option — "As low as $83 a month, all-in" is what it says, and I could not check it, because the pricing table on the page just says Loading pricing and never loads. So I went and read the code behind it. It takes every plan, divides the total by how many months it covers, and shows whichever comes out smallest — and their price list says the twelve-month supply is $999. Pay monthly and it is $119. Which, and I want to be fair here, is still cheaper than nearly everything else I have looked at. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx
Ranked #1 · Grade A
What we like
- Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
- Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
- Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule
The caveats
- Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
- Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
- It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic
PreventiveMD
Ranked #245 · Grade C
What we like
- $119 a month, paying monthly, is cheaper than almost anything else here
- Their prices are published as actual data, so I could check every plan instead of guessing
- The medical group behind it is named in the terms
The caveats
- ⛔ The "$83 a month" is a $999 year, divided by twelve. Monthly is $119
- ⛔ That same figure is in the page's hidden data as a monthly price, which is what Google reads
- The pricing table never loads without JavaScript — it just says Loading pricing
