CoreAge Rx and PepHaus both offer GLP-1 telehealth, but they make different trade-offs on signup ease, honest pricing, which meds you can get, state coverage and support. Here they are side-by-side on the Mom-Tested Score — our real-mom rubric.

The verdict

Higher Mom-Tested Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out PepHaus on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 60 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.

PepHaus is still a genuine option — "Every price is on the site." I've read a lot of these pages today and PepHaus is one of the very few that can say that and mean it. Semaglutide from $152 a month, tirzepatide from $215, and one flat monthly price that covers the provider visit, the medicine, needles, alcohol swabs and messaging your care team. They also put a Certificate of Analysis on every vial, which is the most direct answer anyone's given me to the thing that actually worries me about compounded medicine. One catch: that "From $143/mo" up top is sermorelin and glutathione, not a GLP-1. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
  • Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
  • It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic

PepHaus

Ranked #148 · Grade C

What we like

  • One flat monthly price covers the provider visit, the medicine, needles, alcohol swabs and messaging — they say it outright
  • "Certificate of Analysis on every vial", which almost nobody does and which answers the compounding question directly
  • "Every price is on the site" — and both GLP-1 prices really are, twice over

The caveats

  • The "From $143/mo" in the hero is sermorelin and glutathione — the real GLP-1 floor is $152 and $215
  • Both GLP-1 numbers say "from", so your dose may move them
  • No list of states
