Lean Meds is still a genuine option — i went looking for the catch on this one, because $69 a month with a countdown timer next to it is not a thing I take at face value any more. The catch is the timer: $69 is the twelve-month plan. What I can pay month to month is $79 for compounded semaglutide and $109 for compounded tirzepatide, and honestly that is still cheap for what it covers — the visit, the care plan, the medication and shipping, all in one charge, at the same price no matter which dose I end up on. That last bit is the part I care about most, because I have watched providers quietly double the bill as you titrate up, and this one says it won't. The signup is genuinely nap-time friendly: fully online, no video call to schedule, all 50 states. Two things stopped me short. Getting out is fiddly — it auto-renews, you cancel by emailing care@leanmeds.com at least 48 hours before your billing date, and once you've submitted the medical intake your money is gone. And when I read the fine print, the company behind Lean Meds is Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, which is the same company FDA wrote to in June 2026 about its other brand, altRx, for putting its own name on vials it didn't compound.
