Immortals is still a genuine option — this is Bryan Johnson's company, and it sells GLP-1s like a shop sells anything — every item with a price on it, which I appreciated until I read the small print. Compounded semaglutide with glycine and B12 is $167 a month at a microdose, $196 at a personalized dose; tirzepatide $180 and $255. Brand-name is right there too: Zepbound KwikPen $600, Wegovy $1,550, Foundayo $750. Then the footnote: "Billed quarterly with a three-month commitment paid up front." So the first charge isn't $196.
