Visit Go Vida PlenaThe verdict
CoreAge Rx edges out Go Vida Plena on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 50 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.
Go Vida Plena is still a genuine option — this one is in Spanish, and I put it through a translator carefully because the prices deserved it. Every figure on the front page ends with con plan anual — the $179 a month for injectable semaglutide is really $2,148, paid once, at the start. Pay monthly and it is $269. But then I got to the pricing page and found they print both, and that every single savings claim on it is arithmetically correct. I have checked a lot of those. Most are not. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx
Ranked #1 · Grade A
What we like
- Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
- Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
- Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule
The caveats
- Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
- Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
- It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic
Go Vida Plena
Ranked #243 · Grade C
What we like
- They print the monthly price next to the prepay price instead of only the flattering one
- I recalculated all eight savings claims and every one is right to the dollar
- Everything is in Spanish — the visit, the nutrition support, the portal
The caveats
- ⛔ The front page only ever shows the annual price; paying monthly costs about half again as much
- "From $6 a day" is the same annual price again, in another disguise
- "No contracts, cancel whenever" is on the same page as a $2,148 upfront payment
