If you want to pay as you go — which is what I'd want with a medication I might not tolerate — it's $249 for compounded semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide, and Fridays does print both, which I appreciated. What stopped me was the "96.8% success rate" next to the before-and-after photos. Go read that footnote. It's measuring whether packages arrive.
