The verdict

Higher Mom-Tested Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out Fridays on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 48 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.

Fridays is still a genuine option — i kept reading $117 and $150 and thinking that seemed impossibly cheap, and then I found the four words sitting under every one of them: "Paid annually, delivered monthly." That's a year, up front. If you want to pay as you go — which is what I'd want with a medication I might not tolerate — it's $249 for compounded semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide, and Fridays does print both, which I appreciated. What stopped me was the "96.8% success rate" next to the before-and-after photos. Go read that footnote. It's measuring whether packages arrive. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
  • Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
  • It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic

Fridays

Ranked #253 · Grade C

What we like

  • It tells you who it actually is — "Thrive Health, Inc. is the legal entity operating Fridays", with a street address and a phone number right there in the footer
  • The month-to-month price is on the same page as the annual one, not hidden a click away
  • On the compounded plans the membership, provider visits, coaching and shipping are all included

The caveats

  • Every price they advertise needs twelve months paid up front — month to month it's $249 for semaglutide, $359 for tirzepatide
  • That "96.8% success rate" isn't about weight loss at all: their own footnote calls it "internal fulfillment and delivery performance for paid orders" and says it "does not represent clinical outcomes"
  • The pricing page still has an unfinished placeholder on it — three plan cards read "Save up to $xxx", and all three quote the same $99/mo for different plan lengths
