Eloria is still a genuine option — the $149 is for your first month. I went looking for the catch and it's in Eloria's own FAQ: "refills are locked in at $299". So the second month is roughly double the first, and that's the number to decide on. What it has that a lot of places don't is a daily pill version and a route to real Wegovy and Zepbound — but those are listed as "$99 Membership + Medication Cost" and the medication cost isn't written down anywhere, so you can't work out what you'd actually pay until you're signed up. It also doesn't say which states it covers, and when I opened its terms and privacy pages there was nothing on them. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.
