ClickSlim is still a genuine option — i clicked a price card and it tried to take me somewhere that is not this website. There is a script on the live homepage that points those three cards at a staging server, and the third one at example.com/page3, which is a 404. I could not pin the price down either: three separate blocks on the one page say the GLP-1 program is $299, $349 and $249 to start, and $349, $399 and $299 after.
