It says it straight: $90 a month is the physician visit, $10 a month is fulfilment, that is $100 total for care, and your medication is billed separately — through their own pharmacy, at cost, no markup. I have looked at a lot of these pages now and almost none of them tell you which part of the number is the doctor and which part is the drug. It is also FDA-approved only. 'No compounded meds' is right there on the page, and what you can get is the Wegovy pen, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound as a KwikPen, and Foundayo (orforglipron), an oral GLP-1 medicine.
