The verdict

Higher Mom-Tested Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out AHBARx on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 63 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.

AHBARx is still a genuine option — i could see exactly what this costs and not one thing about who sells it. Six prices are published before you enter anything: semaglutide at $249 a month, $649 for three months and $1,199 for six, tirzepatide at $349, $949 and $1,799 — roughly $200 and $300 a month on the longest plan, and every saving they advertise checks out to the dollar. Then I opened the terms. No company is named anywhere on the site, and the terms and privacy policy are a template nobody finished: the compounding pharmacies, the labs and the medical groups are all still bracketed placeholders, and so is the site's own web address. It sells NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione alongside the GLP-1s, claims all fifty states without listing them, and says nothing at all about pregnancy, breastfeeding or the months after a baby. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
  • Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
  • It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic

AHBARx

Ranked #103 · Grade C

What we like

  • Six prices on the product pages before any intake, account or email
  • The three- and six-month savings are exact against its own monthly rate
  • Each plan says how often it actually ships instead of leaving you to guess

The caveats

  • No company is named anywhere on the site
  • The terms and privacy policy are an unfinished template with bracketed placeholders
  • Even the site's own web address is still a placeholder in both documents
