The verdict

Higher Mom-Tested Score: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx edges out 24hrDoc on the Mom-Tested Score, 94 to 34 (A vs C). Moms who want a flat, no-teaser price, both molecules available, and a signup you can genuinely finish while the baby sleeps — without a phone-tag scheduling loop.

24hrDoc is still a genuine option — i nearly put this one on my shortlist because the numbers looked low, and then I read the small print twice. 24hrDoc doesn't sell you the medicine. Its own footnotes say "24hrdoc is not a pharmacy. We do not carry or ship medicines" and "our consultation fee does not include the cost of your medication". So the $159 a month for semaglutide, or $249 for tirzepatide, is the prescription — and then you pay your pharmacy separately for the drug, at a price that isn't written down anywhere on the site. On top of that, the FDA sent it a warning letter in February 2026 about the claims it makes for the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide it advertises. Weigh the six mom factors below against your own priorities.

CoreAge Rx

Ranked #1 · Grade A

What we like

  • Async intake — no live video visit to schedule around nap time; you reach a real price without booking a call first
  • Flat monthly price with no first-month teaser that jumps at refill — the number on screen is the number every month
  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account, so you're not locked to one molecule

The caveats

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of budget brands undercut it if price is your only lever
  • Compounded only — no FDA-approved brand (Wegovy/Zepbound) if you specifically want the name brand
  • It's a general metabolic program, not a hormone or PCOS specialty clinic

24hrDoc

Ranked #306 · Grade C

What we like

  • It does say clearly that it isn't a pharmacy, instead of leaving you to work it out
  • The prescription goes to a pharmacy you pick, often within hours by its own account
  • The consultation fee itself is published, first month included

The caveats

  • It carries an FDA warning letter from February 2026 about false or misleading claims for the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on its own site
  • The price you see is for the consultation — the medicine is a separate bill from a pharmacy
  • That medicine cost isn't published anywhere, so you can't work out what a month really costs
